Saying that I'm here sporadically is pretty generous as I've had a lot of other things going on in my life lately. I'm sorry but I do try to poke my head in every couple of months. Please note that this means I do not have time for requests right now.
IMPORTANT
As of 12/08 I will no longer be providing support for anything in my catalog that does not contain the [muse] tag. I have lost the original files that go with these older items and I'm really trying to move my product line in a more interesting direction.
Please, though, do tell me if an item is broken so I can remove it from the catalog. I may provide refunds for specific situations, but these situations are rare. If you are having a serious problem with one of the old items and feel you deserve a refund, please leave me a PRIVATE message and I will decide what to do. PUBLIC requests for refunds will be automatically declined as I feel that it is in poor taste to address it in that fashion.
