I see plenty of folks claiming to be leaders on IMVU as a Veteran RPer of 14 years I think it best to lay down a few rules a true leader should beheld to.

1. A leader leads, by example and so on and so forth.

2. A leader listens to all sides before making a choice.

3. A leader is impartial putting his or her own biases aside in the name of fairness and justice.

4. A leader acts from a place of calm and wisdom.

5. A leader is more then a crown or a tittle it is respect and that respect is earned not given.
